Enhancement for Version History Table

Replicating DB2 z/OS Temporal History table with IIDR CDC Data Stage flat file replication

Currently, IIDR CDC Data Stage flat file replication from DB2 z/OS source doesn't support DB2 Temporal History table. IIDR CDC can't recognize this table and can't replicate it.
