Need a flag to enable or disable Legacy administration console

currently if you are part of administrator role you have access to legacy administration console portal. However most of the features needed are available under Manage from 11.1.5 onwards so we want to hide this legacy console from our users.

We need a way to turn numbers into words. For example, "2600" would become "Twenty-Six Hundred" We've got reporting requirements to print a check image and we need words for numbers on the dollars line.

Cognos BI 10.x had a status window during unattended installation. Cognos Analytics does not. Only way I can see if its done is to monitor the javaw.exe process via Task Manager in windows
