Match360 read only users should be able to see the matching setup sub-tab with the entity distribution summary statistics

This has a business impact, as the intention of read-only users includes managers and executives who will be given a glimpse into the Match360 tool, and therefore the summary statistics of the output provide great value of that solution output.
