    Add Support for Redhat 8 for DB2

    We have customers who want to run on Redhat 8 and are not able to do so, this limits our ability to offer solutions to a wider audience.

    Need RENAME SCHEMA other databases other than DB2 LUW (i.e. MaxDB from SAP) provide a statement RENAME SCHEMA to rename a schema like a RENAME TABLESPACE/TABLE/INDEX. Needed on all supported operating systems.

    Index for a subset of rows

    Possibility to index only specific rows of one or more columns. This could be implemented with a WHERE clause in the index create statement and would rsult in a tiny index for exactly the rows you are interested in.
