For us, the web UI is the main interface to interact with Db2 Query Monitor. While the ISPF interface implements color-coding for exceptions (yellow) and alerts (red), this is not available in the web UI. For better usability, visibility, and func...

Limit the number of Alerts being sent from CAE

Today, we have alerts set up for -805, -904 and -913. Being able to get a -904 alert and act on it before the customer/user calls is huge. We do parse the message looking for the reason code and if it's critical, Db2 Support is paged. However, the...

Fields too short

Some fields in Query Monitor are shorter than in SMF-records and in Omegamon tables. We use these fields to identify the origin from dynamic SQL and data is longer than the fields in QM allow: WORKSTATION_TRAN 32 (Omegamon CLIENT_TRANSACTION 255) ...

Lower WLM capture Threashhold for elapstime to be under 10s

We use WLM to capture long running SQLs. The lowest threashhold for elapstime is set to 10s. This is too high for OLTP, we cannot afford to capture every SQL. But it would be nice to lower the 10s to 1 or 2s.
