Add mouseover tooltips to lists in reports

I need the ability in Cognos 11 to add mouseover tool tips for items in a list. This is needed to show the definition of the metric in question.

Bursted report output versions not sorted by burst key and not sortable

The report output versions of bursted output appear to be in no particular order. in Cognos 10.2.2 they were sorted by burst key. We need to have them sorted by burst key.
