Need ability for Schema level 'Deny' in WQ where filtering/masking applied

Want to prevent developers from accessing base virtualized objects in WQ, however when row level filtering is applied to those objects, the users with 'selectin' privs on the WQ schema can see/select the assets directly

Watson Pipeline - Allow dragging flows onto canvas

It is tedious to go into a flow node a bunch of times one at a time. On 11.7 we can just drag flows onto a sequence. This is a major time drag on CP4DAAS.
