Add DB[...] button to PAW rules editor widget

This button was available in Architect to make it easier for users to add DB functions to rules and not need to type in all the !dimensionname references. Adding this functionality to PAW would make the transition from Architect to PAW easier.

There are system TI processes that lead with the } symbol. The PAw button needs and options to access those as well.

Undo button in PAx cube viewer
