    Lower refresh interval of monitoring pages

    I'm working with CP4D v5.2.1. When I open the software hub montioring page, refresh is limited to 10mins. We need an auto refresh to track progress more efficiently.The 10min window is far too long for monitoring pod restarts, etc.
