Transactional Environment where Cognos integrated with Application have very less downtime. Cognos Analytics takes 10-13 mins for each dispatcher to restart.

CLP command shoud read db2dsdriver.cfg

Db2 command line processor (CLP) shoud read the db2dsdriver.cfg (as CLPPlus does) in order to set particular parameter as current application compatiblity or current packageset when you need a different value from the the default. Thanks
