Allow creation of a job which can test a group of datasources, and e-mail the results to an admin

When maintenance events take place, it would be helpful to be able to schedule a job which will test all of the data sources, and notify an administrator if issues are present, so that they can be resolved proactively, prior to end-users reporting...
