Unload to file should have option that prevents over writing of an existing file

A customer writes some SQL that captures the pre-data to an unload file and then does the updates/deletes etc. If the SQL is successful and inadvertently run again the initial pre-data will be lost.

Informix has a rows/page limit of 255 rows/page. Perhaps this was not a problem originally but over time we have seen new features: larger page sizes (up to 16 kB against 2 kB or 4 kB previously, dependent on operating system). compression option....

INFORMIX AUTO INDEX

When no suitable index is created, the optimizer does an "auto create index" for the query. This proposed index should be printed out to the online.log to help the admin to create the optimized indexes for the queries.
