V8.1 TFUI – Make Inline Guidance fields collapsible

Inline guidance fields can take up quite a lot of space on the screen. Ideally the user should be able collapse this down to avoid the view becoming too cluttered. Perhaps the Administrator can decide whether it should be collapsed by default.
