Diag Lookup Tool

Provide a tool on IBM Support that show a better explanation of the message on db2diag.log according to the message. Some db2diag messages are difficult to understand.

Sprint's Hadoop/Hive environment supports DECIMAL values with precision > 31. To enable their users to use these columns in BigSQL, BigSQL needs to support this. (Salesforce case TS002907694)

Add support for SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) 15 with Db2 11.1

Our Linux team has already moved all our Linux platforms, with the exception of Db2 platforms, from SLES version 12 to 15. As there is no actual Db2 version that supports SLES 15, the concerned platforms cannot be upgraded.
