Working system-calls from sysadmin tasks with Informix for Windows

Automatic Backup Tasks started from within the sysadmin-scheduler don't work on windows systems. The same problem with every other system-call. This is a Windows-specific problem. On Linux systems this works as intended.

System Administrator should have the ability to renew credentials on behalf of any other user

System Administrators current have no ability to renew other users credentials on their behalf. This is very inconvenient as it would otherwise be necessary to always know users' credentials prior to renewing them.

Offline context sensitive help stored locally

Allow setting of environment variable (e.g. PSORT_DBTEMP) in AUS.

Sometimes tables are too big that the allocated temporary dbspaces are not enough and AUS fails updating statistics in high mode. The temporary dbspaces are sufficient under normal use so adding more space to temporary dspaces is not ideal.
