Alert user about abnormal tablespaces on standby

In a HADR configuration typically customers use db2pd -hadr on the standby to monitor the state. On the standby if there is a problem with one of the tablespaces it'll be marked invalid and future log records against the tablespace will be skipped...

System Administrator should have the ability to renew credentials on behalf of any other user

System Administrators current have no ability to renew other users credentials on their behalf. This is very inconvenient as it would otherwise be necessary to always know users' credentials prior to renewing them.

Sometimes tables are too big that the allocated temporary dbspaces are not enough and AUS fails updating statistics in high mode. The temporary dbspaces are sufficient under normal use so adding more space to temporary dspaces is not ideal.
