TM1 Web should have the same set editor as PAW

As we have multiple templates built in TM1 Perspectives and presented in PAW, those templates ultimately use the TM1 Web set editor which is different than the set editor presented in PAW. For consistency, the set editor should match.

Missing OK Button on Passive Modals

Passive modals previously presented an "OK" button to the user to close the message. The "OK" button has been removed and there is no configurable option to add it back.

PAW : Dropdown selectors start from the current selection : QoL All users

Currently all drop down selectors in the product start from the top of the list. They would be far more user friendly if, once used, the currently selected item was already available, leading to shortend scroll and hunting times.
