    Allow setting of environment variable (e.g. PSORT_DBTEMP) in AUS.

    Sometimes tables are too big that the allocated temporary dbspaces are not enough and AUS fails updating statistics in high mode. The temporary dbspaces are sufficient under normal use so adding more space to temporary dspaces is not ideal.
