Online Deployment (WML) with Watson NLP Models

We at Banco do Brasil do have several use cases that benefit from natural language processing strategies.
As heavy users of NLP frameworks, we decided to explore WatsonNLP capabilities on CP4DaaS. Although we found it
quite useful for our tasks, we, unfortunately, found watson_nlp to be of no use for us in real applications due to
the lack of deployment support. To be more specific, although we can indeed use watson_nlp library functionalities on
Jupyter notebooks in the platform, we cannot provide any kind of deployments that make use of such library, thus
turning them to be of no use when "promoting" the solution to a real application: an application that consumes
watson_nlp functionality as a deployed service (e.g., Watson machine learning deployment), as we do with all models
produced in CP4DaaS. Thus we suggest the inclusion of a new runtime environment in Watson Machine Learning (i.e., software
specification) that does come with watson_nlp pre-installed and ready to be used by our deployed models/functions.
This would allow us to better explore watson_nlp functionalities in real use cases.
