Read DataSet Full Volume Or with filtered Data

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

Looking for feature something, like we can grep the row in the dataset file or any filters on the columns can be applied to fetch the matching records like

Something like

CPDCTL dsjob view-dataset <dataset-name> <schema-file> WHERE COLUMN_NAME = ‘VALUE’.

This will be more helpful for diagnosing the issues.

Scenario:

Today, we had a data issue that records are dropping somewhere – to understand to which level of dataset files that records passed through- We couldn’t be able to do it either on console level (limited to 5000 records in preview) or CPDCTL existing commands limited to only 10K records.

Ideas:

1) adding an option to override 10k (sampling) and read full volume of the dataset.

2) Add filter support, like expalined in above description
