Data Quality Rule: Schedule already possible during creation

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

Current behaviour:
For a data quality rule, it is not possible to set up a schedule in the Asset tab in the project, during creation.
That means, if I create a new data quality rule, there is no choice to do it.
Also if I edit a data quality rule afterwards, I do not have the choice.
Only if I go to the Job tab in a project, and edit a data quality rule there, I see the choice to set up a schedule.
Please note: For metadata enrichment, I can do it already in the Asset tab, when I create a new metadata enrichment.

Issue:
Inconsistent (see metadata enrichment) and poor user experience (not intuitive).

Idea / Enhancement:
Schedule already possible during creation of a Data Quality Rule (incl. editing).
