push existing CPD notifications to external issue tracker (e.g., JIRA)

The execution of a workflow in CPD triggers a notification which is assigned to a specific user group in CPDaaS. Now the notification is only visible in CPD. The customer wants to make the notification available to an external issue tracker to make users aware of the ongoing situation. CPDaaS shall provide a way to pass the notification to an external issue tracker system (e.g., JIRA). It must be ensured that no new notification is sent as long as the workflow task in CPDaaS is not completed. 

Needed information via the interface: 

  • Name of SLA rule 
  • Affected data asset 
  • Affected project 
  • Affected data quality rule incl. output table
