Allow a WA instance (A) to delegate a query to another WA instance (B). Propagate response from B to A. No impact on UI, there should be only one UI. Optionally add a Knowledge Harvesting capability to learn from instance B. Example, on repeat queries that lead to the same answer, create an intent, use the queries lead to that intent as training examples, store the intent/answer pair in instance A.
Phase 1: create a general knowledge WA instance B, host it on IBM Public Cloud. Out of the box, link WA through an intent to instance B.
Phase 2: create an industry knowledge (say banking) WA incense C, host it on IBM Public Cloud. Optionally allow the linkage of WA through an intent to instance C.
Phase 3: create a framework (from the learnings of phase 1&2) where WA can connect with any other bot to enhance its domain knowledge. For example, HSBC has many bots, few on WA, allow HSBC to use WA as the communication hub between all bots in the company.
