read only root file system

Follow security best practice (CIS) and mount images as read-only (a read only root file system via readOnlyRootFilesystem: true). Then mounted volumes from outside the container could be used for any data that needs to be persistent.

    Implementation is by design. We do not have plans to change this in 2021 however Redhat's capabilities to encrypt/secure the data can be used to address concerns.

    Testing
