Please see this documentation to integrate with MS Teams! https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/watson-assistant?topic=watson-assistant-deploy-microsoft-teams
Hi Rachel - yes we're keen to try. How do we reach you?
We currently have Microsoft Teams in dark release. Contact Rachel Liddell for access!
This would be very helful for us.
MS is sponsoring chatbot builds in our organisation based around team use cases.
Clearly we want to have a single channel for our customers to query, which points to having a single virtual assistant infrastructure, plus all the usual good things about leveraging skills, integrations etc that that brings.
We will shortly need to decide what the "one chatbot" will be to plan the convergence.
Having Watson assistant better integrated with Teams would make the case for Watson a lot more compelling.
We built this for our telco client - custom. MVP level but with more to do - it definately is an internal (Employee use cases) channel that is gaining popularity
