The chatbot name for Web chat instance in Watson Assistant is limited to 18 characters. There is space for 38 characters in the chatbot top bar. It would be great to have at least 30 characters available as that doesn't compromise Watson UI by name being too crowded and allows for a meaningful chatbot name which follows organizational branding standards. In the past were possible we have had to overwrite the chatbot name with styling tags, but it also didn't work in all cases, resulting in wasted developer time and a name that wasn't preferable for Business or Branding. It would be great to have the ability to make the name longer without having to resort to hacks. *
Steps to reproduce the issue
1.Go to Watson Assistant
2. Select Integrations ->Web Chat
3.Enter Assistant's Name, observe the limit of 18 chars.
