Analytics in Read Only Profile for Continual Improvement

BMC Helix integrates Watson Assistant to support Virtual Agent activities for Enterprise customers.

The continual improvement process with Helix Knowledgebase (external to Watson) requires Weak Understanding output/analytics access for knowledge workers who add keywords and additional knowledge in BMC Helix knowledgebase. These workers are not technical, are not editing Watson Assistant and should not have write access in Watson Assistant.


Today the only authorization profile available in Watson Assistant that has access to Analytics is Manager, which has full write access to delete the skill/bot. We need a read only profile that includes full Analytics and conversation "read only" access so continual improvement process can exist without disturbing the Watson environment.
