Create a Request.Input event for Log Capture

A Request.input event as a system trace would enable the client to react to users who click on links in the chat for follow-up activities.  Essentially, the request is for the chat to log a user's activity whether or not they click on the link in the chat.  Request to implement Input. events as part of the schema to be able to pull logs for analytics of such events and capture the context.
