websocket support in WA instance running in airgap environment to integrate with Slack SaaS

Our customer using IBM Tririga as their facility management solution. They have integrated Tririga with WA so that users can create facility request, get status of it and get info about the facility.

Now the customer wants to integrate chatbot with Slack SaaS. Though WA provides feature to integrate Slack with WA out customer cannot use it because their WA instance is running in airgap environment whereas they are using Slack SaaS.

So, the customer is asking to provide a websocket support in the Slack integration in WA so that they can connect to Slack SaaS from WA running in airgap environment.
