Support for Office 365/click-to-run and 64 bit versions

The Controller Link add-in only supports 32 bit msi versions of Office/Excel. Many users have a need of using 64 bit versions due to large files, and furthermore we are using the click-to-run versions (not msi), also not supported. Micorsoft are promoting click-to-run and will not even release the next version of Office using msi.
