User Logon/off log records to identify mode of access (client, excel-linked, web)

when Administrator reviews user log on records, there can be multiple logon and logoff records around the same time when user log in to application and excel link. But Administrator is unable to identify which record is for which mode of access. With controller web being included in View active users, user logon/off log records should also include web. The information will be more meaningful when reviewing such records for audit purposes.
