Ability to manually set and adjust the levels of the scales on maps

I would like to have the ability to be able to set color levels exactly on map visualizations

Currently we have the ability to set a degraded scale of colors or to set up to 9 color points, but we can not associate colors to an exact value

In this way, the values we are looking for would be located more quickly in the maps.

For example if I take population data and the population data of the cities have a variation, for example between 10 people and 4,000,000 and we want to locate populations that have a population between 1000 and 2000 people, without losing the visualization of the rest of the populations , it is very difficult to locate these populations on the map. If you could adjust the values exactly and associate them with a color this geographical analysis could be done very quickly
