It's by design, you would need to add these companies as single companies. When you use a consolidation type in your user rights, it will follow the company tree of the consolidation type
Will be further investigated by the lab and we will see what can be done.

I had opend a support case for this.
Issue could be reproduced (you have to use a structure in your user rights not single companies).
For me this is a bug since it does not work the same way as single companies but was told this is by design and I have to raise an enhancement request.

I can not reproduce this issue. I have set-up an ending date for a company, in security groups/companies this company is still available. We would need a use case to reproduce it. Note that's better to log it at support and not here where only enhancements requests are raised.
