Controller Web support for non-stable networks

In this age of the pandemic, more people are working from home, and are thus connected via networks that are not 100% stable.

In Controller Web you tend to get an error message if the websock communication is broken, and then you will have to reload the page to get it running again.

Even in corporate networks (inside an Office) the network should not be considered 100% stable, f.x. if you as a user moves through different WiFi-zones you might have a glitch in connectivity, causing Controller Web to produce an error like in the following TN:

https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/troubleshooting-real-time-updates-are-not-working-when-using-controller-web

There are other scenarios that would directly benefit from this, like using reverse proxies (for security reasons, yes even within internal Corporate networks).
