One View of All Users in Environment

Hi,

So, we subscribe to 3 software with IBM Cloud - Planning Analytics, Controller and Cognos Analytics.


Users are added in PA and then in Controller. Controller needs that we add users to Controller Users Group in the limited use BI.

Since we use the Controller thick client, we use Citrix also.


Now, who has been added to PAW, of them who were added to Controller User Group in BI and then who of those have their Citrix IDs and finally, who of the users have access in a specific database in Controller.


In terms of managing users, being able to see all this information in one place will be a big help.


While we could work with PA and CC manually to extract data, the BI layer and Citrix do not allow any data export.


What we need

1 - If possible a single place to map all IBM IDs across the multiple software

2 - If not, at least exporting the data will be a good option and help
