Setting up of customizable thresholds for reconciliation review

It will be helpful if there is an option within Cognos to configure thresholds (both in absolute (i.e. in AED) and relative terms (i.e. as a percentage of the reported values). Any individual reconciliation within the 'Intercompany Balances' reconciliation report that exceeds the said threshold would then be highlighted or marked as unacceptable within the reconciliation report.

This would aid the reporting entity to easily identify reconciliation issues exceeding the Group's acceptable level that needs to be resolved by them.

    Dear Devarshi, the treshold is much complex as it request an extra calculation in the background before displaying the data. we will investigate the feasibility of it and also the performance impact

    Dear Devarshi, we are working on a web intercompany breconciliation report with drill down from the intercompany differences at group level. At this stage only a fix threshold will be introduced like for the intercompany report for the reporting sites. In a future stage we could think on a relative %. Do you have an example ? What threshold are you using ?

    Treshold has been added in Controller web in the currency of the company. Only intercompany reconciliation higher than the amount specified will be displayed. No plan to do it for Controller Classic
