Since this is a backend service, it should include an alert mechanism to notify relevant FAP admins when the service is down, restarted, or stopped due to an error. Based on the FAP data, it has been observed that downstream applications relying on the Controller are affected and experience delays in receiving data.
Additionally, we request that alerts be triggered when the Structure Status is marked as "needs update." This will allow us to log in and manually initiate the structure update—unless this process is already automated to respond to any structural changes in the Controller.

When the datamart status = 60, it means ERROR, based on that, such notification can be created.
