Embedded report library default configuration into installation default / config utility

Since the embedded report library should be the main source of system reports from Controller 11.0, please make it the default configuration, or possible to configure in Controller Configuration.

For example:

  1. Updating the CA server URL in Controller Conifguration should not remove the '<add key="ccrReports"...' tag in /ControllerProxyServer/web.config file.

  2. It would be nice if Controller Config have the option to write both Cognos Analytics URI:s AND the new embedded report library Url.

There are instances where CA might be used for login / sso, but the embedded report library is used for Controller system reports.

It will make the Installation and configuration process much smoother.
