Addition of loop formula for import spec design on CC Web

Controller Web cannot currently replicate the Controller Classic client for loading data that crosses multiple columns. For example, where a data file contains 12 columns relating to 12 months of a budget file, this can be loaded on Controller Classic using a loop formula. However, on Controller Web, this same file content needs to be reformatted, say by putting all 12 months of data into a single data column, with a separate column then being used to reference the period to which each row relates. Can parity of experience therefore be added onto Controller Web to avoid this need for Excel file manipulation?
