This is possible when using the spreadsheet add-in but not for the React grids that we are using for standard forms. Standard forms are rendered with a very simple UI grid that does not have much functionality built in. Anything we add (like sorting and filtering) is custom development and you can’t just insert a logo into a grid, where would you put it? We would have to create the possibility to insert an image in the UI itself and we would run into all kinds of issue in terms of layout. The designers spent hours on the UI and as well as having to follow internal guidelines, must also meet accessibility requirements. It seems trivial but it is not. The spreadsheet add-in is not part of the core UI so, to some extent, sitting outside of those rules.
