Inclusion of the Help Menu in the Security Groups

We need to implement security controls so that only users with elevated permissions are able to access Help > System Info. To support this requirement, we suggest including the Help menu within Security Groups, allowing access to be restricted according to user privileges.

This requirement arose following a penetration test (pentest) conducted on IBM Controller in our environment. During the assessment, the security team identified that the System Info menu contains sensitive information that should only be accessible to authorized personnel.

Restricting access to this menu would help reduce the exposure of sensitive system details and ensure compliance with internal security policies and audit requirements.
