Automated Notifications for Unreconciled Reporting

Now deadlines can be set against Controller Web by submission, then users on IBM SaaS must be named users via registration of their email address through IBM ID, plus success/failure of local reporting can be identified where a company is not set to either Reconciled/Ready status; could the option be added for auto notification to local users where a company is not complete with an accurate data submission (thus reducing the workload of chasing by group)?  To then avoid proliferation of message, specifically to group users with multiple company access, could recognition of last user update (as logged in the Company Status view) then be used for determining who receipts this notification?  Lastly, as already stated, this is sought as a new option of functionality that customers can enable, or not enable.  I'm mindful in raising this suggestion that this conformity of process and notification would not suit all reporting groups or customers, particularly where different month end deadlines or reporting points apply within diverse group structures.
