RELATED IDEAS

CCR audit log not so user friendly with codes which are not explained

Although under idea https://ibm-data-and-ai.ideas.ibm.com/ideas/BACC-I-281 it says that the enhancement has been delivered, the report continues to be not so user friendly. More details from Customer below:

Codes are not user friendly, and unable to find reference guides easily. U, UC, UF, UM? Etc

We also experienced cases where changes are logged / tagged to a user, but it might not be something that the user actually triggered.

Makes it challenging to provide audit evidence/ explain to auditors

    We will be migrating some screens in Classic (those with the slightly different UX) and audit trail is one of them. We will consider more user-friendly information at this time. Currently timeline is December 2026, subject to change.
