Using accounts in forms without having the form being considered reported in the Command Center

The company uses several forms to input on IFRS accounts. In other forms, the IFRS amounts are broken down by the user to other accounts and dimensions for disclosure purposes. In these disclosure forms, the amounts on the IFRS accounts are shown as reminder values so that the user knows what needs to be broken down. However, the only way we see to show these IFRS amounts as a reminder in the disclosure forms is by using the putval-formula. The result is that as soon as IFRS accounts are reported, the IFRS forms are shown as reported in the Command Center, but unfortunately the disclosure forms – in which no input has been done yet at that stage- containing those reported IFRS accounts will be shown as reported too.
Hence we seek a way to show amounts on accounts in a form as reminders, without having the form being considered reported by Controller in the Command Center. That way a common and accurate view on the form input status and progress can be achieved.
