Ability to search email distribution lists for scheduled reports

It would be great if users who scheduled distributed reports could search for email addresses.   A recent scenario, we had a student worker who was on a distribution email list, that student left and went to another department.   The student still had access to Cognos but did not realize that they were still getting the emailed report until she notified the department.   We were able to remove the student from the specific report but did not have a way to find or easily search to see if their email existed on other report distribution lists.
