The overall issue has not been resolved, at Veterans Affairs Canada we are still experiencing issues with this functionality. On multilingual dashboards, when adding a column to the filter area at the top of the page (either "All tabs" or "This tab") , the column names will correctly display in the user's selected language. However, as soon as the user selects values from that column to filter on and clicks ok, the displayed language for the filters seems to revert back to the value associated with design language.
We engaged IBM Support, they reproduced and acknowledged the issue but indicated that the multilingual functionality of dashboards is not fully supported yet to the level of reporting in Report Studio. Please continue to vote as this does not seem to be resolved overall.

Winnie
