Hiding 'Send report to mobile device' option under Report delivery method in Cognos 11 Cloud

Hi Team,

On Cognos 11 cloud portal for any report when we choose Report 'Run as' > 'Run in background' > 'Advanced' > 'Delivery', we can see 'Send report to mobile device' option. we want to hide this option for group of users (based on User Group). screen shot attached for reference. we raised IBM ticket TS003556853 for this, in reply it is said that 'There's no way to easily hide this item within the standard options for feature hiding in Cognos on Cloud' and asked us to raise a enhancement request, hence raise this. can you please look into this?

    You should be able to hide this item by removing the "Mobile" from the group or roles shouldn't be seeing this. That will als mean those users can't connect to your Cognos server using the Cognos Analytics Reports mobile app.
