RELATED IDEAS

Filter Search output only on Report Name and not on Report Views

Every time user click on a folder, to find a original report to be deleted in search, it displays all the views created on the report making it difficult to find the original report and taking lot of time.

Proposed Solution: Capability to search only of Report Name from Search output when looking for report name.

No Workaround: user have to go through the list of all matching objects (report views, reports, etc).

Benefits: It will help tremendously and save lot of time for report administrators to look for specific report in large implementations and heavy usage of reports and report views.

    As of Cognos 11.2, you can filter content navigation seperately by Reports and Report Views.
