Enable auto zoom to work even with the small custom regions in Reports in CA

Description of the issue: when you are using a custom map in a map visualisation in a Report that contains only small regions (e.g. like custom defined regions in a city), the auto zoom in the map visualisation doesn’t work, i.e. you see at the beginning only the whole world picture and must zoom then with the plus symbol manually to find these small regions by yourself, expecting, that you know, where these small regions are located. At the same time map visualisations in Reports using standard maps provided from CA are zoomed from the beginning completely properly even with the small regions (e.g. like standard ZIP Codes in a city).
