Yes, it is true, there is a tooltip, but it is not very handy to check every abailable printer with the tooltip (if this printer is the right one), especially if there are a lot of them available. Moreover tooltip shows only the network path, in case the field with the name of the printer shows more user friedly name of it as well. I know, that there is a workaround with the classical view, but it would be nice to be able to have a look at the printer name/path easily and at once in the new CA interface as well.
We do have a tooltip that appears today when you hover over a printer name from the drop down of printers in the scheduling UI. Could you expand a bit more on the use case for expanding it?
